The following notice has been issued by the Food Standards Agency: Azalea Foods Ltd recalls various batch codes of frozen rolls and samosas The company is recalling various batch codes of Chicken Rolls, Vegetable Rolls, Chicken Samosas, and Vegetable Samosas because the products have been produced and/or re-packaged in unhygienic conditions in an unapproved establishment. The following notice has been imported by the manufacturer: iGENIX IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL NOTICE Igenix have identified a potential safety issue with the following product: Description: Igenix 2000W Oil Filled Radiator Product Code: IG2600 Affected Batch Number: 50 08 14 Offered For Sale Since: 15th September 2014 PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY PRODUCT CODE IG2600 WITH THE BATCH NUMBER 50 08 14 IS AT RISK. ALL OTHER IGENIX OIL FILLED RADIATORS ARE UNAFFECTED. Despite rigorous quality control procedures it has been brought to the attention of Igenix that the type of oil used is causing the product to overheat and oil to escape through a single point in one of the radiator fins. If you have purchased an Igenix Oil Filled Radiator please check the batch number which is detailed on the products silver rating label.
