Unfortunately, it’s come to light that there is a potential issue with certain batches of these pillows, which do not fully comply with the UK Fire and Furnishings Regulations. What To Do Next… Because of this, we’ve taken the decision to recall the pillows and we advise any of our customers that may have purchased these items to return them for a full refund. Just to let you know, this recall only applies to the following batch codes: 2991 03137 04220 08003 08004 09515 13435 14056 10458 19780 49006 091343 The batch code is a set of numbers detailed on a separate sewn in label located beneath the care label – as shown below. How To Return… We would be grateful if you could contact us on 0333 777 8000* to arrange a collection, or you can return them to your local store (without a receipt), if this is more convenient for you. If you have given any of these items as a gift, please ask the recipient to return them to Next. They will not need a receipt to obtain a refund. The following notice has been issued by the retailer: John Lewis Junior Anti Allergy pillow It’s possible that some of the Junior Anti Allergy pillows don’t comply with the necessary flammability requirements. Although there have been no reported issues with this product we’re taking preventative action as a precaution.
